DELIVERY 

Standard Delivery

  In standard shipping options, your orders are delivered to the address you specify via  Yurtiçi Cargo. Shipping is free for your orders of 250 TL or more, and 9.90 TL for your orders below 250 TL.

  The products sold on sagrande.com.tr are delivered to cargo within 7 working days. Cargo delivery processes for personalized or made-to-order products (bridal dresses, evening dresses & wedding accessories,  etc.) may vary.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Return/Exchange Conditions

 

  You can exchange the products you have purchased from Sagrande Online Shop from our stores.

Returns of products whose original packaging is damaged, used and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. The original invoice and all your copies must be sent along with the product you want to return. Returns are not accepted for prepaid products. 

 Wedding and evening dresses cannot be returned or exchanged.

 You can return your products with Yurtiçi Kargo  .  The shipping fee for the returned returns belongs to the buyer. It will not be accepted if the buyer pays.

  Following the delivery of your product to us, the product price will be refunded to your credit card within 10 working days, which is the legal period, unless a definite malfunction or deterioration due to reasons such as usage error is detected after the examinations to be made by our authorities. This period starts when we receive the product you have returned. 

 

  When your return request is approved, you will be notified by e-mail. If your return request is not approved as a result of the examinations to be made by our authorities, the product(s) you sent for the return will be sent back to the delivery address you specified, by sending the reason for the return rejection. 

 

  Sagrande  Online Shop, you can return the products you have purchased from our Sagrande store within 30 days (1 month) from the invoice date.

 

  To return the product, it is absolutely necessary to apply together with the delivery note, change card or invoice printout, the original labels of the product are complete, the product protection tape attached to wedding dresses and evening dresses is not removed, unused and in a way that it reaches you It must be delivered complete with all accessories. Products that are prepared in line with the special requests of the consumer or clearly personal needs of the consumer and which are not suitable for return due to their nature cannot be returned.
